We build AI governance tools that actually work

Trustflo is an agentic compliance tool built in Sweden and designed with a Europe-first approach, putting privacy, trust, and transparency at the core. We make compliance a shared, collaborative process rather than a monitoring exercise.

Our autonomous agents maintain what most teams struggle to keep updated: records of processing activities (RoPA), AI system registers, risk classifications, and data flow maps. Our agents also discover SaaS and AI tools in use across the organization, surfacing shadow AI and supporting AI Act obligations to know which systems are being used. Instead of relying on siloed projects or scattered spreadsheets, Trustflo keeps the work close to the tools and people who use them every day.

This is important because compliance only works when people can use it without friction. If it feels heavy or complicated, people avoid it. Trustflo is designed to fit naturally into daily work, use minimal data, and stay in the background.

The result is compliance that keeps running because it's built into how the company already works: shared, conversational, and continuously up to date.
